When does the course start and finish?

Does the course include group or individual coaching? 

  • As part of the launch BONUS, there will be 3 bi-weekly group coaching sessions only valid for students who purchase the course during its launch or before (dates TBD). Once the launch window closes, there will not be group coaching calls but you can still purchase and enjoy all the material from the course. 

I have SIBO, will this course work for me? 

  • While this is not a specific course on SIBO, (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) all the principles taught in The No Bloat Code are designed to improve a person’s SIBO symptoms. By putting these principles into practice, you will improve your small intestine’s integrity and create a hostile environment for that overgrown bacteria, and a beneficial environment for the good bacteria to thrive. 

Is this for vegans?

  • The No Bloat Code diet recommendations are based on an omnivore diet. As a digestion nutritionist, I believe that true gut healing cannot be achieved without nutrient-dense animal products: fatty acids, collagen, gelatin...
